Hello! My name is Anaela, I'm a 26 year old artist currently living in NYC. Although i consider myself a overall artist, acting is my number one passion. I've been acting since I was about 12 and plan to keep going so my career can soar. I recently recieved a wonderful opportunity to attaend BADA's Midsummer in Oxford Acting Intensive Program from July 6th - August 4th. It has been a dream of mine since I was a freshamn in college to study in Europe as I've been very inspired by the work there. When I graduated colllege in 2020 I was met with many challenges not only in my career but in the world as a whole. After long deliberation with myself I took a step away from acting in 2021 to focus on my mental health. When I moved to NYC about 2 years ago, I decided to get back in the swing of things. It has been a difficult journey of just getting my confidence back where it used to be but I can say I've truly been blessed with so many opportunities thus far. I've been wanting to audition for BADA for about a year but never had the confidence to do so. I finally took the leap this year and to my surprise I got accepted. I am grateful to even be accepted into the program despite if I can afford to go or not. This exerpience showed me that I am talented, I have a purpose on this earth and there will always be an opportunity for me to showcase that.
