My Travel Story

Hello friends and family! 

For those that do not know, my name is Hailey, and I am a Junior at Portland State University, majoring in Communication and Advertising Management! I hope to go into Public Relations or creative brand strategy in the future, and am so excited for what the future holds! 

I have been fortunate enough to be accepted into the CIEE Global Internship Abroad program this summer, where I will get to live, learn, and work in the adhub of the world: London, England! Not only will I get amazing work experience in my chosen field, but I will have the opportunity to travel, immerse myself in different cultures, and access the amazing professional resources London has to offer. I am beyond excited, and feel so blessed to have this opportunity.

I will be gone for two months, and will have to fund my food, travel, transportation, and anything fun I intend to do while abroad! I am raising money specifically for my flight and VISA costs, since each is going to be about 1,000-1,500 dollars
I am still waiting to hear back on some scholarships, but I can't stress enough that anything helps! I appreciate any and everything people are able to contribute, whether that be money, prayers, or just sharing my page! 


For those that are interested, I would love to do something to repay those that are able to contribute! While I am gone, I intend to run a blog, send letters home, and bring gifts back! Reward information should be to the side!
