My Travel Story

In May of 2015, I had the opportunity to participate in a 3 week study abroad trip to Osaka, Japan. I instantly fell in love with the city and surronding areas, and I made a lot of new friends with the students of the host university, whom were extremely helpful to us. However, 3 weeks went by so quickly that it scarcely seemed like we had just arrived when it was suddenly time to pack up and return home. Since then I have been faced with some difficult struggles, but lately I have developed a huge desire to return to Japan. Because I have a passion for volunteer work, my plan is to stay for around 3 months and volunteer my time, both at the university that hosted us, as well as various locations (such as hostels) around Osaka. I would really appreciate any help to reach my goal! Thank you!

    I've edited the name of my campaign and description to more accurately reflect my purpose for this fundraiser. I also want to add incentives, but I really have no idea what I could offer to the generous people willing to donate!
