Hi, I’m Anis, and I never thought I’d be writing this.

For years, I’ve dreamed of traveling the world. I worked hard, saved every penny I could from my job back home, and finally, I was ready to set off on my adventure. My first stop was Rijeka, Croatia—a city I’d heard so much about, quiet yet vibrant, perfect for a solo traveler like me.

It was everything I hoped for. The peaceful streets, the stunning waterfront—it felt like freedom. For the first time in a long time, I was truly living in the moment. But just days into my trip, everything came crashing down.

I woke up to an email from my bank: “Suspicious login attempt on your account.” At first, I thought it was a mistake. But when I checked my account, I saw that my entire savings had been stolen—every penny I had set aside for this trip, gone.

I called my bank, but they confirmed it: my account had been hacked, and I was left with nothing. No credit, no way to pay for a flight home, and thousands of miles away from anyone who could help.

Now, I’m reaching out because I need your support to get back home. I’ve never imagined I’d be in this position, but I’m stranded in a foreign city, with no resources left, and I need to get back to my family.

I’ve set up this campaign to raise funds for a flight back. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in helping me return home safely. I’m doing everything I can to resolve this, but right now, I have no other option but to ask for your help.
