My partner Joe has been fascinated by sloths for many many years and has wanted to see them in the wild and particularly in Costa Rica. This trip is a once in a life time chance to visit the rainforest in South America and to learn about the wildlife there. 
Visiting the Costa Rica rainforest offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature, promoting personal well-being through its healing environment, fresh air, and immersive experiences. The vibrant biodiversity fosters a sense of awe and mindfulness, helping to reduce stress and improve mental health.
