My Travel Story

Hi I'm Zara, and this summer (with your help!) I'm hopefully going to Zanzibar with a company called African Adventures to volunteer to help teach less privileged young kids English and sport. 

I’m 16 currently doing my A-levels, this is an incredible dream opportunity for me and part of the process is finding kind sponsors and people to help fund me so that I’m able to raise enough money to get there.

I love volunteering especially with kids, I’ve spent a year going weekly to a primary school helping kids ages 5-11 (most with learning difficulties/disabilities) with reading. As a student, my job is also spent working with children, I tutor kids of all ages and babysit and I feel so lucky that I get to help be a small part of shaping these amazing young minds.
I would love nothing more than to be able to reach this destination and be able to help these kids who are less fortunate than me.
