My Travel Story

This trip will have a massive impact on my life I have been diagnosed with a rare Lung disease Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, the only cure is a double lung and heart transplant, which I won't receive if I'm still smoking & found it the hardest thing to give up ! 
My youngest daughter who is Also my. Carer will be by my side.  I have another 2 older daughters and 4 young grandkids that iwant to help watch grow, this is my only chance.  This means the world to me and I appreciate your help to make this possible please .  It would also show how important organ donors are to those that are sick and in need of transplants
