When I discovered the wonderful projects www.goeco.org carries out, I knew I had to take part as a volunteer. I've been always aware of endangered animals and this kind of trip provides the opportuniy to help the community, wildlife and environment.

Goeco features two special projects that draw my attention. The Elephant Forest Refuge in Thailand and the Wildlife Sanctuary in South Africa. In both of them you get involved in sheltering animals via making fire breaks, fences and assisting vets, among others.

Not only this would be a positive aspect for needy animals, but it would also be a turning point in my life. What's more, I'll raise awarenes within my social network so that many more people can join me. However, it isn't sadly all about willingness, I need a certain amount to make it happen. It won't be posible without your help. Every single penny is enormously welcome. 

Mahatma Ghandi once said: "Be the change that you wish to see in the world". So don't wait for others to do it, get up of the couch and make the world a better place.
