This trip will open up the world of an international conference for me! This is a new step in my development as a researcher, when I can announce my research and show to the scientific world something new that has not been studied before!
My research is about the phenomenology of the experience of regret, and I plan to develop a methodology in the future that will help all psychologists more effectively help clients live this feeling. It seems to me that now, when people are faced daily with a situation of choice and subsequent regret for an unelected alternative, it is important to pay close attention to this phenomenon in order to help people cope with it more easily.
The conference in Greece provides an opportunity to show research using high-quality methods, which is so lacking in science now!This is very meaningful for me, as it will help me develop myself as a scientist, but also as a psychotherapist
