Vacation/Personal Trip

I am a victim of domestic violence and right when I wanted to give up on life I met my friend who helped me overcome suicide. I helped my brother who has a mental illness overcome it and has it under control. I want to make this trip because that is my friends hometown and I figured it might be easier for doctor appts and counseling because he has been diagnosed with psychosis and it has been hard for us to have a normal life but I want to help and be there like my friend was for me
