My Travel Story

I am currently trying to find my passion in life. Having lived in small town Weston Vermont my whole life, I am also dying to see the world. Nothing brings me more happiness than helping others, so I have made the decision that I need to go spend a few months volunteering somewhere new. I have always felt safe in the company of animals and I would love to give back. After much research and decision making, I believe that working at an animal rescue or rehabilitation sanctuary could really be the direction I need at this very confusing time in my life. This program is for 3 month working with and taking care of animals that are loosing their habitat due to deforestation. Unfortunately finances are low and job opportunities are scarce. I'm working as a waitress, but not making enough money to support my dreams of travel. I would appreciate any help in making this dream a reality.
