The reason we're moving to Hawaii is because we live in Bend, Oregon where it is cold about 8 months out of the year. My husband had had 2 heart attacks and is taking blood thinners as a result. This means he is constantly freezing and miserable. We visited Hawaii about 7 years ago and absolutely fell in love with the islands. We have 2 dogs and a cat we'll be taking with us. One of our dogs was just diagnosed with cushing's disease which is why we'd love to have his last year in paradise. Thanks for reading our story. Aloha.
