As an underpaid Special Ed Teacher.  I love my job but I would love to go the 60th Anniversary on the March in Washington.   Dr. King did this same walk 60 years ago.   To be able to share this with my students would be amazing.  

I am a community activist as well and I let my student share their feelings and concerns about the world.  I am not here to change their minds but to listened to their perspectives.   Many parents don't want their kids to go because school starts back Monday but if I can bring a piece of history to them will be amazing.
