Hello everyone! My name is Kali, I'm 23 years old, an aspiring artist from Augusta, Georgia. Recently I was invited on a girls trip by one of my friends to Santorini, Greece this upcoming May, & of course I had to say yes. Although I didn't have a passport, just lost a good paying job with little to no savings, and have a few bills to take care of, I won't let that stop me from seizing such a rare opportunity. I also feel despite my financial circumstance, this trip couldn't have come at a better time. My mental health is not the best right now, & having a difficult relationship with my Mother while also being my Grandmother's full time caretaker doesn't make it any better. My body could also use the relaxation, as I've had to pack, plan, direct & execute my Grandmother moving to a new city last month. With the help of working doordash day and night & a few other side hustles, I was able to get my passport, & cover for my portion of the hotel. What's left now is my plane ticket & spending money for the trip. The down payment for my ticket will be $668 round trip, I intend to do an installment plan, as it's what I can afford at the moment. I would love to have about $1,000 for funds to spend on the trip, & would really appreciate any & every help I can get towards this goal. Thank you to everyone who will be helping me take my first trip abroad, I'm so excited & grateful for this new experience
