My name is Katherine Mangual, and this summer, I plan to go on the Leadership for Social Good study abroad program at Georgia Tech. In this program, I will be working directly with a social sector organization in Budapest, Hungary, while completing two internships and four classes focused on leadership, social enterprise, and sustainable development. Supporting my study abroad would provide me with the ability to learn how to tackle real-world issues, understand different cultures, and grow into a stronger, more thoughtful leader. I plan to pursue a career in social entrepreneurship, and I believe this opportunity is a step in the right direction. I've dreamed about participating in a program that would enable me to make positive changes ever since I started college, and your contribution would make this dream into a reality.
