My Travel Story

Los Angeles. LA. The City of Angels. The Entertainment Capital of the World. This trip was an old dream of mine. And now it's one step closer to reality. The flight is already booked and I'm ready to go. My preception of this city of angels was shaped by Hollywood movies that I've consumed in my childhood. What better way to start the trip than visiting Disneyland. Located in Anaheim, Orange County, you could lose yourself in the exhilarating rides and mouth-watering refreshment outlets. This amusement park receives more visitors than any other on the planet, offering punters a choice of entertaining rides in zones like Frontierland, Adventureland, and Fantasyland, not to mention recent additions, such as Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The next destination is Long Beach. More specifically, I'm planning to visit the Queen Mary, a famed English cruise ship now moored in Queensway Bay, and now operating as a floating museum. In the same vicinity, I'll find Knott's Berry Farm, an old-school theme park offering more than its fair share of white-knuckle rides to intrepid thrillseekers. As I'm planning to travel soolo, I would need to find some companion in order not to feel there alone and it's always so much better when you have someone to share the experience with you. Thankfully, with the advent of modern technology, I can visit this site and find someone who is willing to share the experience. The heart of the metropolis offers singles a tremendous range of activities and locations. It has so many places to visit – if you do happen to get chatting to someone interesting when you're online, you could arrange to meet for coffees in one of the shopping malls, before dropping by the high-end retail outlets. With cinemas and theaters offering diverse entertainment, you'll be spoiled for choice when arranging your LA get-together. There are various parks where you could picnic, as well as restaurants ranging from pizza outlets to five-star restaurants. And last but not least, Santa Monica. It's a hugely popular beach resort in LA, bordering the mighty Pacific Ocean, and offering a wealth of social destinations. 41 Ocean is typical of the nightspots catering to this trendy young crowd, and on Friday or Saturday nights the queues to gain entry snake for some distance. Live music entertains the crowds by around 11 pm, by which point there will be many singles clamoring to make your acquaintance.
