I am part of a movement called #Loveisnottourism and Couples against COVID.

We are a group of 30,000 people who have been separated by our loved ones during the pandemic due to borders being closed. The majority of Governments don't recognise non-married couples.

I am based in the UK with my boyfriend in the US. We left each other in January with the internation of seeing each other in May however COVID and border closures put a stop to that. The US Embassy then proceeded to close in London and stop the process of my Visa. I was also moving my music business over to America which has been impacted by the pandemic for the foreseeable. 

My boyfriend is unable to leave The US as he cares for his Grandma and her sisters. I am able enter America providing I travel from a country such as Mexico, Turkey or Croatia for two weeks before. 

As a solo female travelling I'm hoping to stay in a hotel for safety reasons. The trip in total is looking to be around £3,000.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
