Isabella is 11 years old and a 6th grade student. She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 6. She has tried a “continuing glucose monitor” to help control the highs and lows of this disease, but unfortunately it was not successful at this stage in her life. She is currently on the Omni-Pod insulin pump. Though it has helped tremendously, we know that with all the activities that Jaedyn is involved in, a diabetic service dog would be a literal lifesaver.

Isabella is very involved in school and extracurricular activities. She has the most amazing attitude and spirit. Watching her struggle with this medical issue is heartbreaking, however, she never lets it break her spirit!

She has tremendous support from a tight-nit family. She is one of a set of adorable twins. She has an awesome twin brother, Braxton, that supports her and encourages her in all that she does. Her mother and step father, Samantha and Jeff, are an amazing couple who work hard and are raising some wonderful human beings.Isabella  has two little sisters and a little brother for whom she is an amazing example of strength and spirit. Her father and step mother, Billy and Preya, work closely and are wonderful co-parents. Together they are doing what they can to raise the money to pay for this life saving opportunity for their sweet daughter!
