My Travel Story

I currently work as a social entrepreneurship project officer here in Kenya and would love to go abroad for my masters to study social entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, there are no higher learning institutions in Kenya offering the course thus my interest in going to Canada at Memorial university to study it. The course has about $2,218 per semester for tuition fees but unfortunately has CAD 25,000 special fees for international students. I am seeking support for the special fees as I can cater for the $2,218. This course will see me grow professionally and mentor social enterprises in Kenya. Social entrepreneurship has a strong focus on people and the planet and this has a great impact on poverty reduction in our communities. I choose Canada because it has a vibrant social entrepreneurship ecosystem. Schorlarships are not guaranteed so I have decided to take this leap of faith hoping that I can fundraise for my studies.
