My Travel Story

I will be studying abroad in Spring 2024 at the Florence University of the Arts in Florence, Italy. I am confident that the cultural experince I will gain while abroad will be one-in-a-million. I am a psychology major in my Junior year at Georgia State University. A large part of psychology is understanding diversity and the needs that vary from person-to-person. I will be surrounded by unfamiliar territory and forced to navigate through daily life. The excitement, fear, and anxiousness I will experience will teach me how to guide myself to a level of comfort. I will be able to self-reflect and share the practices I used for myself with future clients. I am a first-generation college student who is thrilled to have this oppurtunity. I appreciate any help that you are willing to share.
