Fostering Democratic Governance; the new policy frameworks under the refugee act in Kenya calls for meaningful involvement of the refugee communities in emerging issues in their host communities. Therefore fostering democratic governance ensures that voices of all individuals, including refugees are sought, heard and respected in decision making processes. Our activities in Kenya will therefore involve grassroots initiatives and multimedia advocacy campaigns aimed at promoting democratic principles.

Promoting intercontinental dialogue through Performing Arts; Given the multi-cultural nature of the refugee communities performing arts serve as useful tool of promoting social cohesion, provoking dialogue, challenging perceptions and raising a nuanced awareness on refugees and migration issues.
