I have been in the kitchen since I was nine, I love cooking and want to open my own restaurant that serves meals from most if not every ethnicity. I wanted to start with Italy for the sole fact that Italy being the place of origin for meals containing pasta, pizza, gelato, arancini and more. I would love to learn everything there is to learn about the food, and the way of life of the people in this country.
