To whom it may concern… I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Fatima Fida, and I'm reaching out to you in desperate need of assistance for my family and me. Before the October 7 war, we were a happy family. My husband, our 5 children. I lived a peaceful life in Gaza. However, the outbreak of the war turned our world upside down. We faced death on a daily basis, with missiles raining down on our neighborhood and destruction everywhere we looked. It was a nightmare. My children have seen and experienced things that no child should ever have to endure. They've heard the terrifying sounds of missiles, witnessed bloodshed, and watched helplessly as our home was destroyed while we were inside. We were fortunate to escape with our lives, but the trauma of those days will haunt us forever. We've been forced to flee from one place to another, seeking safety wherever we can find it. But with explosions echoing all around us and death always looming nearby, there is no peace to be found in Gaza. My children have lost their innocence and their dreams for the future. The destruction of schools and hospitals means they've also lost their right to education, hygiene, and healthcare. I was once a graphic designer, passionate about my work and proud of what I could create. But the war destroyed more than just buildings, it destroyed my dreams and a future I was seeking for my family. With no reliable internet or electricity, I can no longer work online to support my family. All of my clients are gone, and with them, any hope of rebuilding my career here in Gaza is gone. We desperately need to leave Gaza in search for safety and a new life. However, the cost of traveling outside Gaza is beyond our means. It would take approximately $15,000 for my family to evacuate safely. This includes $10,000 for two adults and $5,000 for two children. I know this is a lot to ask, but our situation is dire. We are running out of options and time. I humbly appeal to your generosity and compassion to help us in our time of need. Your support could mean the difference between life and death for my family. This is our house. We were inside when all these bullets flew into the walls and penetrated the walls. Thank God we were able to finally get out. We have survived more than once, but we have faced death twice! The first time we were in Gaza in our home was on October 10th. All the buildings and roads surrounding us were completely damaged, and the windows and doors of my house were shattered We decided to leave Gaza and go to Deir al-Balah, and on December 3, in the place where we were, we had to raise a white banner, a flag representing peace at the same time that Israeli tanks and soldiers were surrounding the area. We left the second house after bullets penetrated all the walls of the house and rockets rained down on our house, while I and my children were inside.This is how my childrens sleeps, by covering her ears so she could have some rest from the bombs that doesn't stop. Please help us to evacuate my husband's family they are 4 and I am so grateful for your help , They started to invade Rafah , they are bombing where we and our families are , your donation can save many lives , we need to evacuate them to a safety as soon as possible . please contribute to rescue our and their lives.
