My Travel Story

Hey guys! Broke college student here! (I promise if you read through this all I'll give you a cute smiley face) Why am I on this site? Well... Its because it's one of my last options. When I was a young girl my parents taught me of the importance of service <3 I would go over to my elderly neighbor's house to help her plant flowers and tend to her garden while I talked her ears off. I would often refuse payment (although I'd never say no to a popcicle or soda) and instead learned a powerful lesson. Charity and kindness to others is the greatest blessing you can give, and the greatest you can be given. Since then I've had my heart set on serving a mission and serving my fellow man in the name of Jesus Christ.
I saved and saved and saved, only to decide that I wanted to do a year of college as I waited to reach the minumum required age. I'm putting in my papers soon and I've been struggling to find the funds to get me to where I need to be. My on campus job isn't quite cutting it and my bank account is quite empty. I pray that those who see my page and hear my plea are touched, as my intentions are pure and my heart is full. If you decide to help a girl out: not only are you helping me, you'd be helping hundreds of people I will come in contact with.
