My Travel Story

Hello everyone! My name is Tala Lowry, and I am currently a freshman studying Business Administration at North Carolina State University. In May, I will be studying abroad in Argentina. This program will allow me to become exposed to Latin American culture, tour Argentina cities, and embark on excursions with a few selected students from NC State, all while taking courses and gaining knowledge of business in Argentina. I am thrilled to have been afforded such an amazing opportunity! 


Although this is a great opportunity for me, it is quite expensive. Expenses for the program will include tuition, airfare, food, textbooks, and other things. Unfortunately, because of my mother being a single, widowed parent, finances can be hard to come by for us. Some students in similar circumstances as mine may see the cost of studying abroad and become discouraged, but not me! 


You see, my faith is the foundation of my life. I have faith that God will provide a way. Maybe that way is through others sharing, maybe it is in another way that is unknown to me right now. Nevertheless, I am trusting in him. Any donations that are made towards my trip will not just be financial aid, but also a contribution towards my future. A future that I want to embrace with enthusiasm and hope.  I would like to thank everyone in advance for their support. Thank you!
