My Travel Story

I am a school teacher who got married last year!
Originally our plan had been to honeymoon in Japan, but that was made impossible when Japan closed their borders to outsiders last year. As a result, my wife and I have not yet been on our honeymoon. 
This year we booked tickets as soon as we got news that Japan was reopening for tourism. We excitedly started putting away funds to go towards our honeymoon. However, due to an emergency dental surgery (wife had four wisdom teeth removed), our heating unit breaking down, and a minor car accident, we saw our funds dwindle and just about completely evaporate. 
My wife has never been to Japan and I would love for her to enjoy its wonderful culture and food. As a last ditch effort, I am making this fundraising campaign to help raise funds so we can have a small honeymoon.
