My beloved Sibling  Festus Onyango has been diagnosed with end-stage kidney disease and urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive. Our family has embarked on a mission to secure the best possible medical care, and we have found a renowned medical facility in India where the transplant can take place successfully.
However, the cost of a kidney transplant is substantial, and it is beyond our means to cover it entirely. This is why I am reaching out to you, our dear friends and well-wishers, to humbly request your support.
