How I think I will personally benefit from a Summer discovery program because it will allow me to experience college life while developing skills that I will need to succeed. Taking a summer discovery program will allow me to learn about potential majors I could take when it’s time to apply for college. I’ve lived in MA since I was born and my parents could not afford to take me out of the state so by applying for this program, it allows me to experience and see things that I have never seen or experienced. I will personally benefit from a summer discovery program because it will allow me to gain new friendships, broaden my worldview, and experience life at a university.  I would like to attend the Summer Discovery program because it will allow me to improve my skills in photography, law & government. Also, try and experience new things, in a place that I have never been to.
