My Travel Story

by: Katažyna Choruzik Start Date: Apr 10, 2019 - End Date: Aug 9, 2019
Worldwide, six of the seven sea turtle species are classified as threatened or endangered due to human actions and lifestyles. They are killed for their eggs, meat, skin and shells. They also face habitat destruction. Climate change has an impact on turtle nesting sites. As fishing activity expands, this threat is more of a problem.
As a child I was always watching Animal Planet channe and dreaming of being able to make a change, today I decided that change comes in small steps but most important is the first step. Seeing volunteers in Costa Rica staying at night at beaches looking for tiny turtle eggs is so inspirational, I want to be able to do the same and even more if I can.

I am a student of Business Administartion in Copenhagen who is asking for your help, to make my small dreams come true, hopefully it's yours dreams too. I am not abe to sponsor this 4 week project as I am a ful time student, but I am asking for help those who care and want to help small helpless creatures as much as I do. Thank you, sending you all smiles and love.
