Hi, my name is Tori Sarin, and I am a 19 year old student at Abilene Christian University. I am thrilled to be studying abroad in Leipzig, Germany, as part of my architecture and interior design program, where I will also be earning a certificate in entrepreneurship. This incredible opportunity is going to allow me to expand my skills in design and drawing, while immersing myself in a new cultural and artistic environment. I never thought I would be exploring such a unique opportunity, as it was recommended to me by my favorite professor, Kelly Mann.

What I am most excited about aside from traveling outside of the country, is plein air painting. This is where I will have the chance to truly capture the beauty of European architecture and landscapes through art. Beyond my coursework, I will also be exploring graduate programs and speaking with professors to shape my future in architecture and design. My goal is toget a Masters in Architecture overseas.

My passion for architecture goes beyond just buildings. I see it as a way to create spaces that inspire, connect, and uplift communities. Through this study abroad experience, I hope to deepen my understanding of global design perspectives while also engaging with the local culture and my own passions.

To make the most of this five-week journey, I am working while studying, but I am also seeking support to help fund this incredible experience. Your contributions will help cover travel expenses, materials, and opportunities to fully embrace all that Leipzig, and Germany, has to offer.
