Hello! My name is Josefina, and I’m currently a nursing student with a heart for healing, service, and my faith. This year, I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to participate in a life-changing medical mission trip to Ghana, Africa. An opportunity that blends my passion for nursing with my calling to serve God by caring for His people. This mission is more than a trip, it’s a critical step in both my education and spiritual growth. As a nursing student, I’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience working alongside healthcare professionals in underserved communities.
But this isn’t just about what I’ll gain. It’s about what I can give. Many of the communities we’ll serve lack basic healthcare and education. I’ll be helping to provide essential medical care, health education, and emotional support to those who need it most. I chose this destination because the need is great, and the opportunity to serve in an area with limited healthcare is deeply meaningful to me. Africa is rich in culture, strength, and faith, and I believe that by walking with its people not as a savior, but as a servant, I will be part of something truly transformational. With your support, I will be able to cover my travel, medical supplies, and essential resources for the communities we serve.
