Get me back to Hong Kong
I have a perfect plan. I enter hong kong visa-free as a legal traveler. Then file for non-refoulement with an actual legitimate claim. But, I also just so happen to have the judicial reviews, and writ's to submit as part of my casework. And my evidence includes what would be a paralell proceeding which could be filed with the assistance of the legal aid deparment. Not only do I have a claim, but I have also established precedence and my specific situation would never happen again, theoretically. Loophole, procedural and prosecutorial gap(s) closed. Only one small problem. I have to actually physically enter hong kong and I don't have the funds.
What a predicament.
