Hello community, my name is Paris and I am a multidisciplinary artist. I live in Argentina, more specifically in the capital city of Buenos Aires, better known as "the city of fury." Buenos Aires is truly charming, a cosmopolitan city that hosts artists of all kinds, both national and international, who come to be trained and nourished by our cultural diversity. Unfortunately, it is not so easy to get job opportunities that allow independent artists to take a true quantum leap in our profession, which is why many of us find ourselves in the need to emigrate to new horizons in search of that growth.

That is why today I find myself on this platform telling you my story. I have been trying for many years to access great opportunities that expand and broaden my artistic profession, that not only give me reach and visibility, but also a good economic life so that I don't have to work on a thousand other different things to be able to make ends meet. Unfortunately, the great opportunities I am referring to are only available to a few, especially in the audiovisual market. Only artists with a great career, hegemonic, well-connected people, "children of", influencers, people of the moment, etc., have the opportunity to make advertisements, film important films, access series on large platforms. The world of casting in Argentina is closed and cruel, and many of us are left out waiting for that opportunity that never seems to come. Given this perspective, also motivated by the amount of time I have been trying something that I cannot achieve in my country, seeing how my colleagues emigrate to search for something that they cannot do here, I made the decision to travel to Mexico. Many of my colleagues are there working in areas that were inaccessible in Argentina. Nothing is simple, you have to travel and earn your way to work, but without a doubt, the opportunities are much friendlier for Argentine artists there than here.

I request your collaboration to be able to buy the ticket towards the possibility of my dreams coming true. Fortunately I have some contacts in Mexico who can accommodate me, so I just have to be able to buy the ticket. My job and my salary as a freelance artist in Argentina is disastrous, I can barely pay the rent and eat and the excessive inflation that we are going through is unbearable, it does not give us respite and the uncertainty of the change of government made things a little more difficult for everyone. .
