I want to put a stop to this ever-growing unhappiness, seen in Musicians eyes, and just the heartbreak you hear in their voices.

I'd like to conduct interviews with a few Musicians and get their views and their feelings on their own lives within this industry, so everyone can understand where they are coming from and going through on a daily basis. I will write an article about my research and will also create a documentary. It'll include all information on current(still living Musicians), as well as the Musicians we have lost and main causes.
****I have already written a piece on all the information I have gathered, the link is below.

I feel a need to make a change in their existences as much as they bring about a difference in mine. Everyone that listens to music should try, even if it only reaches a few this may help to alter the view people have on musicians in a positive way.

Musicians are not just our entertainers, they too have to deal with life, but we (fans, industry) don't allow them to do anything peacefully and with clear thoughts. We have applied so much pressure to these people.Their lives are always under a microscope. It's impossible for anyone to stay sane at the mercy of these conditions.

I don't want to grief another "Hero", the people who bring me pleasure through their music and lyrics should be allowed to feel the same satisfaction.

Please look at the below interview with a few musicians we lost in 2017, it is heartbreaking, to say the least, and n one was listening.

I hope you will support my cause and I would be happy to go into depth on this subject if any further clarification is needed.

Kind Regards
Domenique

    Depression, Anxiety and Stress
Let's look at it deeper as discussed we place a lot of pressure on these musicians, this causes them anxiety, high-stress levels worsen, depression and anxiety, and then they turn to Substance abuse to help them cope keep them alive etc. So Talented people are left in this cycle running down a rabbit hole leading them deeper and deeper.

Effects of long term Substance Abuse:

Depression, Paranoia, Anxiety, Kidneys, Liver, Heart and Lungs start causing deadly problems.

Here are ways to manage Stress, Pressure, Depression, and Anxiety along with the reasons Musicians can't break the cycle :

Take time out — Being on the run and having to be relevant doesn’t allow proper down time.

Eat Healthily — when you are on the road doing shows and in studio eating healthy isn't always an option its fast food that available

Limit caffeine and Alcohol intake — When you need to stay awake Caffeine is usually option one, if there is already an Alcohol dependency there is a problem

Exercise daily — Again on the road or having to be in the studio a lot no time available

Get enough Sleep — Again on the road or having to be in the studio a lot no time available

Don’t Use Drugs — Dependency created due to having to stay awake or whatever the case is already lost

I think that with everything gathered and brought forward that this will show how important being less demanding is or could be for Musicians.
