I've lived a long life of "one day".

As a child I was always fascinated with Greek mythology. The dream of one day seeing for myself the beauty that is the culture of Greece is one I've held close to my heart but rarely speak of. Life has a way of continuously presenting more logical things to focus on other than dreams.

I will be 39 this year and the sad truth is I've never been on a real vacation. And to say it is needed is an understatement. I so long to explore the land that has always called to me, and perhaps find a new perspective on myself as I do so. I dare to dream of one day, and of that day being at an age that I can still fully enjoy and embrace the change that comes from getting out of my bubble. 

What's the worst that could happen by putting myself in the sight of opportunity! Throwing my hat in the ring and hoping to change my life!
