That small child has no parents and is suffering from Heart disease. His parents died by road crush accident when he was 1 year. Since I  decided to take care of him. He normally fall sick since day one I took care of him which later recently a medical doctor has of child suffering from heart disease which he has to be sent to UK for medical treatment.
Am begging  the public to support this child, I have been spending all my money since to make sure they child get healthy  but proof filter. Am begging the public to help me  support this child. May God be with you
