My Travel Story

I will be going to Thailand to volunteer as an English teacher to monks and Bali to track down an internship with a neuropathic doctor. In turn, I hope to pick up on some of their cultural wisdoms and practices to bring home. Especially in times like this!! I plan on being a life coach in mindfulness and energies and going to two homes that comprise the base of mindfulness studies. Among these wisdom tradition are Buddhism and Bali Hinduism. I will bring these practices back and teach a class on the basics as well as incorporating this into my mindfulness life coaching and eventually a program for teaching it to children. 
I am passionate about the soul of humanity and how change starts from the INSIDE even revolution is only beneficial from the inside.
