My Travel Story

My name is patricia. Years ago, I finally achieved my dream of buying a home. Because my credit wasn’t strong enough at the time, I had to put the house temporarily under my father’s name, but I was the one making every payment, handling the repairs, and building the equity.

Instead of transferring the house back into my name as promised, my parents sold the property behind my back. They kept the equity and proceeds I had earned without my consent. On top of that, they also took my emergency savings and personal settlement funds.

Now they want to leave me without a home while living comfortably off of what I worked for. I’ve filed a police report and I am pursuing legal help, but right now my most urgent need is to secure safe housing far away from this toxic situation and begin again.

First month’s rent + security deposit!
Moving/transportation costs (truck, gas, storage)!
Legal fees for filing & consultations!
Basic living essentials (groceries, toiletries, replacement IDs)!
