I have a bachelor degree in Social Education, and I am eager to further develop my skills in order to provide the best support for young people and enhance their life opportunities. By expanding my expertise, I aim to create positive, lasting impacts on their well-being and future prospects.
Having worked with youth with diagnoses, I’ve seen the challenges they face in connecting with their bodies and managing emotions. Personally understanding the power of yoga, I am passionate about offering these young people a safe space to heal, grow, and find inner strength.

Studying yoga in Australia will provide me with the expertise and certifications needed to integrate yoga into my work with young people with diagnoses. This will help me create a unique, safe space for them to build confidence, regulate emotions, and strengthen the mind-body connection.

I will create a yoga space for vulnerable youth, offering them tools to manage stress, build self-confidence, and find stability. By providing a supportive, inclusive environment, I aim to empower these young people and help them develop strength both physically and mentally.
I chose Australia for its world-renowned yoga programs and unique approach to therapeutic practices. The opportunity to learn from experienced teachers will equip me with the knowledge to create a specialized yoga program for youth back home.
This project is meaningful because it merges my passion for yoga, my bachelor degree and with my dedication to helping young people. By creating a safe, empowering space for them, I hope to make a lasting impact on their well-being and future.
