I am Julio. I recently suffered from anxiety, depression and psychological pressures. My doctor encouraged me to walk. I also like to walk long distances. I saw that my condition becomes better with walking. Therefore, I wanted to use my energy to travel and walk across countries, learn the culture of others and help those in need.
