My Travel Story

I was 1st introduced to West African Cultural arts during my teenage years.  I grew with my family by learning a way of life through this culture.  We embraced and engulfed ourselves creating our family ensemble teaching and sharing the culture, history and art from our love and joy of it.  I own and manage Embracing Ur Journey LLC a wellness and entertainment company to assist in healing through cultural arts.  You can see more on my Instagram page Instagram.com/embracingurjourney

I aim and intend to use the experiences, lectures and workshops from these travels to enhance those who I serve wellbeing through providing and cultivating new methods of healing as I allow the development of body healing practices.  Their are also personal aspects of the ancient roots to these spaces that I am sure will be revealed more as I continue this journey.  I trust those who are excited to be apart of such a thing will assist.
