The art of true meditation has always been a core passion of mine. Being able to learn from different cultures that truly understand what core meditation is would be a life changing experience. I could give back to my community in the following ways.

• Share what I learned to help people who struggle with mental illnesses.
• Share with my community the healing that comes with mediation. 
• Build a community of peace and meditation.
• Most importantly, learn about other cultures and their way of life and then share that knowledge.
