   Hey, there! I’m Selah, a passionate Hospitality major at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. I’m thrilled to share I've been accepted for a semester abroad at the University of Stirling in Scotland, and I could use your support to make this dream a reality! 
   Why Scotland, you ask? Well, as someone deeply intrigued by travel and history, there's no better place for me to immerse myself than in the heart of the United Kingdom. The rich tapestry of Scotland's past, its castles, cobbled streets, and ancient landmarks, has always called to me and id like to make this one of the chapters that shape my own personal history.
   But it's not just about the past, but also about shaping my future. As a Hospitality major with aspirations in specifically events and tourism, studying at the University of Stirling presents an invaluable opportunity to learn from a different perspective, to understand how hospitality and tourism can shape cultures and communities across the globe.
   I chose Stirling specifically because I crave that quaint, intimate atmosphere—an experience away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet still vibrant with culture and opportunity. And let's not forget about the weather! As someone who finds comfort in the sound of rain and the misty embrace of fog, the UK's atmospheric climate promises to be a fitting backdrop for my very own adventure, fit for the pages of a cozy novel.
