Mental health is more dangerous than many other common diseases in the country and the world at large.

I will be riding for 3000 Kilometers to advocate for the stigma associated with mental illness and encourage our people to always seek help 

With time I've learnt that mental health needs more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.
