My Travel Story

Hi everyone! My best friend and I will be travelling to Costa Rica next year to volunteer as Sea Turtle Conservation Ambassadors at Tortugas de Pacuare. We couldnt be more ecstatic to hear about our recent acception and we don't want to waste a minute of preparing and planning during the next year to make the most of our trip. This will be the first time I am leaving the country, and I never thought to be so lucky to be visiting my top bucket list destination. As a young and ambitous woman this will be the kickstart to my lifetime of adventures and travels. Not only will I get to experience the beaity of Costa Rica and live on the beach for two weeks, but I will gain so much exposure to the environmental issues and cultural differences while I'm there. I have loved nature and wildlife my whole life, and to be in a completely new environment surrounded by creatures I've never seen before will feel like a dream. I am so excited to help the sea turtles on the beaches of Costa Rica, help collect research and clean up the beaches whenever I can. After graduating film school this year, I searched for a way to gain affordable exposure in the world before settling down. This is my first step to making an impact, and a difference in my life and others. That is the purpose of life, to improve the lives of others.
