Hi there! My name is Pam and I am asking for financial help so that I can realize a decades-long dream to talk a pilgrimage along the 500-mile Camino de Santiago. It has been a dream for as long as I can remember but after converting to Catholicism a few months ago, God is really compelling me to go in June. I will be confirmed in October, so the pilgrimage is even more important for me on a spiritual level. As a middle school teacher, I don't make a lot of disposable income so having a little financial help for the pilgrimage is necessary.

The pilgrimage is intended to help me discover where God desires me to direct my life as I near retirement age (I am currently 60 and will be 61 when I embark on this pilgrimage in June). I worry about my future but the one thing I am sure of is that I want to serve God, whatever that looks like. I am hoping this pilgrimage will help me know God's will for the closing chapters of my life.
