Publicly announcing my trip to Dubai at the top of the year created such a shock wave in my immediate circle and caused quite a stir (in a good way though)!

When I first said, “Yes” to this trip with global real estate maven and investor Makeda Smith, Founder of Savvy Chicks In Real Estate, I was a fully employed six-figure federal consultant while also building a personal consultancy practice, NK Consulting & Resource Group where I partner with Founders & Creatives to expand their identity capacity so that business strategy is implemented from rest, and in ease.

Traveling to Dubai with Makeda’s network of visionary CEOs was my opportunity to expand my OWN capacity so that I could serve at a level that enhances my own expertise, allowing me to pour at a higher level.

Upon being unexpectedly laid off in April (right before my birthday month!) I knew that the “yes” to wanting more, and being committed to experiencing more, was being directly challenged; but I am no stranger to resistance — I have ALWAYS come out on the other side BETTER & TRANSFORMED.

Launching this campaign, “FLY Kelly To Dubai” is one of the boldest things I have done to date. But in order to serve Founders & Creatives at the level that I have been called to, I must go to places I have never been, see things I’ve never seen, and interact in new people networks that will unlock different dimensions inside and outside of myself.
