My Travel Story

Hello, 

I would like to start this fundraiser to help me to volunteer in Thailand with elephants! I'm a 21 year old autistic student who absolutely loves animals and would love this opportunity to work with them and try to build up my confidence, get experience in working with others and to improve my social skills. Since I am autistic, I have struggled with finding a starting point to do what I love (working with animals) and feel that this would be beneficial for me and the elephants. I feel that it would be a less pressured opportunity than going straight into work as my social skills are lacking. The money would contribute to the cost of the programme, my return flights and any money I'd need once I got there.
