My Travel Story

First, thank you for taking the time to take a look at my campaign!
My name is Kara Maxwell, and I am a college student studying Business Management & Administration and Spanish as a Foreign Language at Georgia Southern University. I plan to complete my degrees of a Bachelor of Business Administration and my Bachelor of Arts within the coming year (2020), and would love for the opportunity to expand my cultural knowledge while completing my degree. 

I have always wanted to complete my Spanish degree abroad, and I have finally found the perfect program to do so! I would be spending 16 weeks studying at the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to not only expand my education of Spanish-speaking cultures, but to perfect my ability to speak the language. I chose this location because of the rich culture and opportunity, and this program is a perfect fit for me. This opportunity would not only further my future career opportunities, but allow me to teach/speak Spanish in my own household, and to educate my future children in the language. 

However, In order to do this, I need your help!!

My program (through ISEP Exchange) is going to cost between $6,000-$8,000 to complete. I am currently working a wonderful job while going to school full-time, so that I can hopefully make this dream a reality. Unfortunately, I am now pressed with time, and have had some unexpected expenses come up, which is making this dream of living abroad much less of a reality.
