Hola!
I am doing my best to learn Spanish, I am using Duo and now have over 500 words.  

I need to get out of Canada for the winter and go somewhere warm.  You see, I was hit by a car in 2014 and now 10 years later, with metal in my neck and difficulty keeping food down, I find myself not able to cope with extreme cold any longer in Canada.  I am on a pain patch, guess which one at 50 mg, as well as 60 mg oxy daily.  And I'm a little person.  My pain is bad.

...but I can't afford to travel to CR, I am on a medical pension and it's very expensive.

please help me get where I need to feel better and try for a better quality of life.  I want to get off some of the worst drugs around. Please help me do it?
